BizRate has just announced their picks for the 2008 BizRate Circle of Excellence, and this year FireFold.com has made the cut.

For a company to get in the BizRate Circle of Excellence, they have to quantifiably demonstrate a high quality of service, and consistently receive outstanding ratings in all areas. That includes ease of use, on-time delivery, overall satisfaction, customer support, products meeting expectations, and customer repeat purchasing.

FireFold has always been commited to excellence in all of these areas, but it has taken us some time to work our way into the upper echelons and get recognition for our efforts. FireFold recieved an honorable mention for the circle in 2007. Since that time, FireFold has grown and our customer base has expanded considerably, which has allowed us to make it into the circle of excellence at last.
