FireFold would like to address the accusations of price hikes made by some shoppers and ensure consumers that we have not/nor will not raise prices because of Monoprice’s misfortunate situation. Since Monoprice pulled their website and halted all orders, a few overzealous customers and fans have been clamoring about the price hikes in HDMI cables. Without the low cost cable titan around, they claim that other ecommerce stores are capitalizing on this opportunity by gouging customers.
We would like to state that this is not the case and our cables remain low cost and high quality as ever. For those of you that have recommended us to your friends and family, thank you. For those that are just finding us, we would be grateful for an opportunity to serve you while your first choice is unavailable.
We are looking forward to building new relationships and continuing to support our existing customers. With customer service being our top priority we hope to stand out above the rest.
